Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on pkr360. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your pkr360 Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr360 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pkr360 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pkr360 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.4 KYC Verification
pkr360 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national identity card, passport, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
5. Deposits & Payments
5.1 All deposits to pkr360 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr360 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency channels. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.
5.2 pkr360 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be in your own name and must match the identity information registered on your pkr360 Account.
5.3 pkr360 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. pkr360 is not responsible for any third-party fees.
5.4 Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate payment source may be reversed. In cases of suspected money laundering or financial fraud, pkr360 is obligated to report the activity to the relevant authorities and may freeze the associated Account.
6. Withdrawals
6.1 Withdrawal requests on pkr360 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed on the Account.
6.2 pkr360 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may be affected by third-party payment providers, bank holidays, or additional verification requirements. pkr360 is not liable for delays caused by payment intermediaries.
6.3 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
6.4 pkr360 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's anti-fraud systems. These checks may temporarily delay processing.
7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Users to abuse referral programmes — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
7.4 pkr360 is the sole arbiter of whether a User's betting patterns constitute bonus abuse. Decisions made by pkr360 in this regard are final.
8. Betting & Gaming Rules
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on pkr360 are subject to the specific rules of each sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting lobby and form part of the contractual terms between pkr360 and the User.
8.2 pkr360 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game configuration. An "obvious error" is defined as a price or configuration so far removed from the correct market that a reasonable person would have recognised it as erroneous.
8.3 In the event of a technical failure, interrupted game round, or disputed result, pkr360 will apply its standard technical procedures to determine the outcome. Where no outcome can be reliably determined, the stake will be returned to the User's Account.
8.4 Winnings from sports bets and casino games are credited to the User's pkr360 Account Balance promptly upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
9. Prohibited Conduct

13. Suspension & Termination

13.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, any balance comprising Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that cannot be linked to any breach may be returned at pkr360's sole discretion following a review period.
13.3 You may close your pkr360 Account at any time by contacting pkr360 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr360's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your pkr360 Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
14.2 pkr360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the pkr360 platform.

15. Governing Law & Disputes
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr360 holds its operating licence. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of pkr360, you should first contact pkr360 support at [email protected] and allow pkr360 a reasonable opportunity — no less than 30 days — to resolve the matter before escalating through any other channel.
15.3 pkr360 maintains an internal disputes resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence pkr360 operates. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
16. Amendments to These Terms
